Welcome to the website of the best kept secret in North London.

In 2023, we celebrated our centenary, and we are proud to have developed The Avenue into the successful grass roots family club that it is today.

In recent years the club has been transformed with a new pavilion, floodlit courts (curfew 10pm) and a separate junior court and we are pleased to announce more exciting improvements coming for 2024.

By the end of 2023, we will have completed the installation of solar panels on the club house roof and once that is completed, we will be converting our floodlights to better, brighter, more eco-friendly LED lights early in 2024.

Together, solar panels and LED lights will provide a more sustainable solution for our energy consumption and improved playing experience for our members and guests. The ability to sell any surplus energy back to the grid, will ultimately allow the club to provide floodlights for free to our members.

But that’s not all…..in March 2024 we will be fully refurbishing our courts!

Courts can be booked via the blue 'Book Court' button to the left.

Members can book one hour every day, 9 days in advance.

Sign in with your usual sign in details and password.  Parents can sign in and book courts for juniors.

Juniors
Juniors under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Flood Lights
With our lights you can enjoy all year round tennis until 10pm.

Adult Teams
If you would like to play in one of our teams you will find details on our Adults Page. We currently have a men's doubles team, a women's doubles team and a mixed doubles team, all playing in the Central League.

Juniors
Our Junior section is extremely active offering tennis for all age groups including Mini Tennis, Red, Orange, Green and Teen. Full details about the different age and ability groups can be found on our Juniors Page.

We are extremely proud to be Clubmark Accredited by The Lawn Tennis Association.   

Clubmark was introduced by Sport England in 2002 and is currently being implemented across 34 sports. The LTA administers its own version of Clubmark based on the national guidelines for best practice combined with real life examples of successfully run places to play tennis across the country.

We are always more than happy to welcome new members and our annual subscriptions are still incredibly low and there are no entrance fees.
